I do! I am currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

My rates are $150 per 50 minute individual session and $165 per 50 minute family session. Please inquire about the rates for 90 minute sessions.

Individually, I see ages 13 and up. I see all ages when working with families.

Prior to our session time you will receive a link to a confidential platform for us to virtually meet. Prior to the start of our session I will confirm that we both are meeting together in safe and confidential environments. These sessions can be done from a phone, computer, or tablet device. By law both I and the client must be in the state of Tennessee in order to hold a session together. At this time I only offer Telehealth sessions for individual therapy.
